Exchange or Store Credit Only:
We do not offer refunds on any purchases. All sales are final, and returns for refunds are store credit only. However, we are happy to offer exchanges under the conditions listed below.
Eligibility for Exchange:
To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, the item must be in its original, unused condition with all packaging, tags, and labels intact. Products that have been worn, used, or damaged after receipt are not eligible for exchange or store credit.
Exchange Window:
Exchanges must be requested within 10 days of receiving your order. After this period, we are unable to process any exchange requests.
Exchange Process
To initiate an exchange, please contact us at

Exchange for Same Product or Value:
We will offer an exchange for the same product (if available) or for an item of equal or lesser value. If the new item is of a higher value, the customer will be required to pay the difference.
Shipping Costs:
The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the exchange, including return shipping unless specified. If the exchange or store credit is due to a defect or error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 10 days of delivery. We will gladly assist you with an exchange for the same product or another product of equal value unless specified.
Final Sale Items:
Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for exchange or store credit under any circumstances.
